Aubrey | Class of 2024
Aubrey takes the spotlight in the grand finale for my 2024 senior team girls, and let me tell you, her session was a masterclass in personalized perfection!
What made Aubrey's session truly stand out? It was all about the locations. This gal didn't settle for ordinary – she handpicked spots that resonated with her soul and matched her vibe flawlessly.!
We started Aubrey's individual session at her high school. We were able to utilize the outside and inside for both casual and sports photos! I love sessions at Iroquois-West's high school because the old bricks of the building make it such a great backdrop!
Next we ventured to her family friend's property. Picture-perfect doesn't even begin to cover it - they had the most incredible set for photos ranging from a pond with bridges, to tall grasses, to an incredibly beautiful red barn! We practically lost track of time here; there was just so much to explore! It's so fun when we can incorporate a spot that you spend time at as a family and have memories from in your session!
We finished Aubrey's session at her home. Aubrey is involved in FFA and has shown cattle, so she wanted to incorporate that into her session! I'm going to be honest, I have not spent much time up close and personal with cows, so this was a bit intimidating for me. Especially because the cows were so friendly! Some of them were very interested in my camera and wanted to come check it out! These ended up being some of my favorite photos though because the sun was setting perfectly and created some incredible sun flares!
My favorite group session with Aubrey this year was our winter session! Aubrey had a puffy white jacket and a Carhartt cap and looked so cute! The oranges and greens from our background popped so nicely with her outfit and hair and I just ended up loving the photos!
After graduation, Aubrey plans to attend Iowa State University to major in Animal Science!
