FAQ

Why do I have to pay a deposit?

Your deposit secures your date and makes sure that no one else can select that date. It helps ensure we both show up to the session.

When do I have to pay the invoices?

The deposit is required at the time of booking. The remainder anytime prior to your session.

How and when will I receive my photos?

I will send you an email to your Pixiset gallery within 2 weeks of your session.

Can I bring a friend to my session?

Yes! I prefer you only bring one additional person to your session to keep distractions limited.

Do I get to select the images in my gallery?

For my packages, you will get all of the edited photos. I take hundreds of photos during our session and get rid of any duplicates or photos where eyes are closed. I then edit the rest and provide those to you in your gallery for download. If you book a mini session with me, you will received a full gallery to select the photos you want to be able to download. The rest of the photos will be removed from your gallery once downloading is enabled. You will also have an option to purchase additional photos if you wish for the mini sessions.

What happens if it rains?

No one can control the weather. If we need to reschedule due to inclement weather, I will work with you to find a date that works for the both of us! There is no additional costs to reschedule when due to weather.

How long do you store the images?

Images will be available on my Pixiset gallery for you to access for 30 days. Please make sure you download and save your images within 30 days!
